Terms of Service

1. Who Operates DNSly

DNSly ("DNSly", "we", "us") is owned and operated by an individual, not by a company. These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and:

Payments for DNSly subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles the transaction, tax and invoicing; your card statement will show Paddle rather than DNSly.

2. Service Description

DNSly is a read-only diagnostics and monitoring tool for domain and email infrastructure. You add a domain or IP address that you own or administer, and DNSly inspects publicly available data about it: DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, rDNS/PTR, MTA-STS, BIMI, TLS-RPT), domain registration data via RDAP, and listings on public blocklists (DNSBLs such as Spamhaus, SpamCop, SURBL, URIBL, Barracuda and others). From this data DNSly produces a 0–100 health score, a Sending Readiness score, a per-provider reputation view, historical trend charts, and suggested DNS record fixes. Scans re-run automatically once per day and you are alerted if one of your own domains becomes listed.

3. Scope of Service — What DNSly Does Not Do

DNSly is strictly a monitoring and diagnostics product. For the avoidance of doubt, DNSly does not provide, enable or facilitate any of the following:

• Email sending or sequencing — DNSly is not an email service provider and does not send marketing, bulk or outbound email on your behalf. The only emails DNSly sends are transactional messages to the account holder's own address (account confirmation, password reset, billing notices).
• Mailbox warm-up — DNSly does not create, operate, warm up or rotate mailboxes, and does not generate artificial email traffic. Our "Sending Readiness" score is a read-only assessment of published DNS and blocklist data; it does not perform any warm-up activity.
• Campaign execution — there is no campaign builder, scheduler, drip sequence, inbox rotation or outreach automation of any kind.
• Recipient validation — DNSly does not verify, validate or check the deliverability of third-party email addresses.
• Lead scraping or enrichment — DNSly does not harvest, scrape, enrich or append contact data from any source.
• Contact lists or marketing data — DNSly does not supply, resell, licence or otherwise make available contact lists, email addresses, lead databases or marketing data. We do not sell any user data.

DNSly only ever reads data that is already public, plus the domains you choose to add. We never request, store or access your mailbox credentials or the contents of your email.

4. Acceptable Use

By using DNSly, you agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial email from any domain you monitor with DNSly
• Add domains or IP addresses that you do not own or are not authorised to administer
• Engage in any form of abuse or malicious activity
• Use the service for any illegal activity or to violate any laws
• Attempt to circumvent service limitations or access unauthorized features
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access

5. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record
• All paid plans auto-renew monthly unless canceled
• Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period
• Paid plans include a 7-day free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT, which Paddle calculates and adds at checkout

6. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. There are no exceptions or conditions: usage of the service during that period does not affect your eligibility, and you do not need to give a reason. 7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime for DNSly services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Data Accuracy

DNSly provides blacklist and DNS health data from third-party sources and public DNS records. While we strive for accuracy, all data is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the data provided by our service. Users should verify critical information through multiple sources.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in ways that harm DNSly or other users. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Termination does not affect your right to a refund under section 6 within the 14-day window.

10. Changes to Terms

DNSly reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 14 days before major changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription.

11. Limitation of Liability

DNSly and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of DNSly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
