1. Service Description

DNSly provides domain and email infrastructure monitoring services, including blacklist monitoring, DNS health checks, and email deliverability analysis. Our service helps you maintain the health of your email infrastructure by providing real-time monitoring and alerts.

2. Acceptable Use

By using DNSly, you agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Use the service for sending spam or unsolicited emails
• Engage in any form of abuse or malicious activity
• Use the service for any illegal activity or to violate any laws
• Attempt to circumvent service limitations or access unauthorized features
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access

3. Subscription and Billing

DNSly offers various subscription plans with different features and domain limits:

• All paid plans auto-renew monthly unless canceled
• Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for new subscriptions
• After 7 days of active use, subscriptions are non-refundable
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for DNSly services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

5. Data Accuracy

DNSly provides blacklist and DNS health data from third-party sources and public DNS records. While we strive for accuracy, all data is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the data provided by our service. Users should verify critical information through multiple sources.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in ways that harm DNSly or other users. In cases of termination for violations, no refunds will be provided. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

7. Changes to Terms

DNSly reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 14 days before major changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

DNSly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of DNSly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
